Roleystone has been home to the Olsen family for over 25 years, so opening our second butcher shop here in 2014 was a proud and natural step. Located just off Jarrah Road, our store is known for its fresh quiches, hot takeaway pies, sausage rolls, burgers, and an ever-changing selection of quality meats, house-made meals, and daily-delivered fish.
Our Roleystone butcher shop is built around community. With a local team, we’re proud to support nearby schools, sports clubs, and restaurants, while offering job opportunities and donating to local causes. Everything we do follows the same paddock-to-plate philosophy that guides both our Olsen Butchers stores—ensuring freshness, transparency, and top-quality produce at every stage.
