Our South Perth butcher shop has proudly served the local community since 2004, supplying top-quality meat and produce to schools, businesses, and charities for over 16 years. Founded by Collin Olsen, it’s been a family-run operation from day one, dedicated to delivering the very best of Western Australian meat.

We follow a true paddock-to-plate philosophy—carefully managing every step from farm to counter to ensure premium, ethical, and healthy produce. With a strong focus on quality, we offer organic and gluten-free options, along with a wide range of specialty cuts, fresh fish, house-made meals, pies, sausages, and more.

You’ll also find a curated selection of local eggs, dairy, honey, sauces, and rubs, and plenty of other cupboard and fridge staples, supporting as many fellow small WA businesses as we can. We’re proud to supply quality produce to neighbours like Perth Zoo, Wesley College, and the South Perth Cricket Club.

Located at 81 Angelo Street, we trade seven days a week—right next door to Nextdoor, our restaurant opened by Gavin Olsen in 2021. Celebrating our meats over open fire in a vibrant setting, Nextdoor brings the butcher’s best straight to the table.
